Student Attendance Advisory

Please complete the form below if your child will be tardy or absent. This application has been created to facilitate the electronic submissions of admits by parents and legal guardians in order to excuse an absence. Parents and students are responsible for attendance which shall be required of all students during the days and hours that the school is in session. Any student who has been absent from school will be marked with an unexcused absence until the required documentation is received.

For students 5K and older: All absences exceeding ten (10) days per academic year must be documented by a physician’s statement. Absences beyond ten (10) days not documented by a physician will require review by the director and could result in the child’s removal from our program.
